 this is my first knot head!! I went to the appalachian trail in Pennsylvania and got some tree knots and this is the first one i carved. it was really fun and i like carving the knot wood. it's tough but it takes detail great. this guy's face is only an inch and a half tall.SOLD!

 I'm very proud of this guy. he's my best face so far...well to me. he's carved out of london plane tree from hurricane sandy.

I just started selling wood carvings and a few have gone already. i'm so excited about it. I'm gonna really put forward some energy into turning this into a career of some sorts.
